    • Best Truck

This truck has been amazing. Pulls great, handles a truck camper and a towable so well. Mileage has been outstanding on the 10 speed Allison and 6.6. Duramax. Towing I've been averaging 12 to 13 mpg hand calculated with the Montana fall conditions at roughly 65 mph. Unloaded, I've gotten almost 21 mpg at 70 mph on trips, highest mixed driving has been 19.1 so far. This is with Duratracs. Great truck, love the power and comfort. The truck has such a huge range with the tank and mileage. Marked 600 miles with still 120 left to go on the reserve portion.

This is the first Duel wheel I have purchased, I went with all options and the 6.6 gas engine, It has great power, and drives smooth, The departure warning is a must, it’s a full 22’ long, so you do have to pay attention when putting in the garage, in a 24’ deep garage you have Two inch’s front and back when parked, I haven’t towed with it, I bought it mostly just to go here and there.

Thanks to the emmissions systems, GM gets an average rating. This from my understanding isn't only a GM problem, rather its a modern diesel emmissions issue. I do have problems with the sensors built into the coolant overflow tank and def tank, when that part failed, twice, rhe entire tank needs replacing, really a huge waste of money. The sensors should be replaceable easily.
